Encodework Systems LLP ("we", "us", "our") operates the Doctor Prescription mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from doctors and clinics who use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

The Service is a productivity tool for licensed medical practitioners to create, store, and print patient prescriptions, available through our mobile app and our website. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

Provider Purpose
Firebase Analytics Understand feature usage and improve the Service.
Firebase Crashlytics Detect and diagnose app crashes and errors.
OneSignal Deliver push notifications (e.g., subscription reminders, product updates).

These providers may collect device/browser identifiers, app or browser version, device model, OS version, and general usage/diagnostic logs.

Prescription and account data is stored on secure servers and, on the mobile app, also locally in an on-device database. We retain account and prescription data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6).
