Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RxSathi mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Encodework Systems LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by licensed medical practitioners, clinic staff, and authorized personnel for the purpose of creating, managing, and printing patient prescriptions. You represent that you are legally authorized to practice medicine or are acting under the direction of a licensed practitioner in your jurisdiction.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- The Service offers Free, Advanced, and Elite plans. Paid plans unlock additional features and are billed as auto-renewing subscriptions.
- Purchases made through the mobile app are processed through Google Play Billing; pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and payment methods for those purchases are managed by Google Play in accordance with your Google Play account settings.
- Purchases made through the website (where available) are processed by our website payment provider, subject to the pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms shown at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance through the platform you subscribed on.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled per our Refund Policyand, where applicable, Google Play's own policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable medical, data protection, or licensing regulations.
- Enter false, misleading, or another practitioner's information without authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service or its underlying systems.
- Use the Service to store or transmit data you do not have the right or consent to process.
- Circumvent or manipulate subscription entitlements or payment mechanisms.
5. Patient Data Responsibility
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from patients before entering their information into the Service, and for complying with applicable healthcare and data protection laws in your jurisdiction. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, prescription templates, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Encodework Systems LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services, including Google Play Billing, our website payment provider, Firebase, and OneSignal, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Encodework Systems LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on prescriptions generated through it.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
