Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a paid RxSathi subscription (Advanced or Elite plan), and what happens to your access and data once you do. It applies to subscriptions purchased through the RxSathi mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Encodework Systems LLP.

1. You Can Cancel Anytime

There is no minimum commitment or lock-in period. You may cancel your Advanced or Elite subscription at any time to prevent it from renewing at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. How to Cancel

If you subscribed through the App:

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select RxSathi.
4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If you subscribed through the Website:cancel from your account's subscription settings, or email us at the address below and we will process the cancellation for you.

3. What Happens After You Cancel

• You keep access to your paid plan's features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — cancelling does not end access immediately.
• At the end of that period, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. No further charges are made.
• Your prescription and patient data is not deleted when you cancel — it remains accessible on the Free plan, though features exclusive to Advanced or Elite will no longer be available.
• You can resubscribe at any time; on the mobile app, a previous purchase can also be restored via the Restore Purchases option on the Subscription screen.

4. Cancellation vs. Account Deletion

Cancelling your subscription only stops billing — your RxSathi account itself stays active on the Free plan. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted instead, see the Account Deletion section of our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds for the Current Billing Period

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of a period that has already started. Refund eligibility and the request process are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations Initiated by Us

We may suspend or cancel your subscription if you violate our Terms of Use, in which case you will be notified and any applicable refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective Date” above.
